I reached home, and was surprised to find everyone up and awake, like otherwise it was just 7 A.M. , usually everyone would be sleeping at this time except our early risers Shaurya and Aditi and they would wake everyone else up , and I and Dhruv were basically Night owls so we should be found in our beds at this time. I walked in and there was a lot of questions to be answered

" Where did you went so early in the morning? Like what was so important to go at 4 O' clock in night and you the fitness freak skipped your exercise for that?" Dhruv stood up from the couch and said walking towards me.

"Do you have any information about Shaurya?" Aditi asked putting her phone on the side table,

"I told you he messaged me he was at a friend's house and will come back in the morning" Dhruv said turning towards Aditi

" But it is already morning and maybe he tried to reach us but couldn't so he informed her" Aditi said walking towards us said

"Guys, at least let her speak her to get yourself answers" Sambhav said grabbing a cup of coffee from Shruti

" Thank you Sambhav" I said with a deep sigh

"I was called for this stupid form filling since we have guests at home, and talking about Shaurya I have no idea" I said turning to Dhruv and Aditi .

"Sorry Aditi, I lied to you, but I didn't have a choice" I thought to myself.

"Urvi, I am really tired, make me a cup of coffee as well" I said walking toward my room to talking Urvi who was making a coffee for herself in the kitchen,

but as I was about to open the door of my room the main door opened. Although it opened simply but it felt like it opened in slow motion. And like you all even we thought it was Shaurya but it was Abhinav and Kabir who came from a walk. It gave me an instinct that Shaurya has to face a lot of Questions and even if by mistake, due to hungover he said something wrong everything would be spilled and ruined. I was just thinking this when Kabir asked

"Shaurya is not back yet?" sitting (or actually laying down on the couch)

"No, I don't even know how he is" Aditi said with almost breaking down into a tears

"Listen everyone, I had to say something" I interrupted and then again walked in the centre of the room.

"I wanted to say that, we all know that Shaurya was not in a good mood when he left and we all have been worried about him all this time, especially Aditi, so we should not say something at least as soon as he comes which can hurt him, we should ask him all the questions once after he has freshened up" I said with a fear of getting caught.

"I think she is right, we should first check his mood before saying anything to him" Abhinav supported me

"Even I think she is right, Shaurya was really upset last night, I have known him for years, but he never did something like this before, so we should not hurt him anymore" Dhruv said holding my shoulder

"Fine if you all say so" Aditi agreed after some negotiation.

"Good morning, everyone" Nishi said coming out of the room still in half sleep

"What's going?" she continued rubbing her eyes

"Nothing, I will just go and take a nap, I am really tired right now" I was again about to go to the room again when the main door opened again and Shaurya entered with messed hair and clothes.

"Shaurya, you alright? Where have you been since last night?" Aditi asked, even after she was asked not to.

" I went to a friend's house" he simply answered and went to his room without even properly looking at anyone.

"I am sorry guys, I just couldn't resist myself" Aditi said

when her phone buzzed and she jumped with excitement "I have this invitation of the fest, we all should go, it will help us cheer up and it is just getting to start in half an hour" she said excitedly

"And we all are ready" Kabir stood up excitedly and said

"Hello?" Nishi and I said grabbing attention

"and even Shaurya" Aditi added

"Ya, so what someone had to come in different car because only 8 of us could be seated in one" Sambhav said

"Okay, wait for 5 mins and I'll will get ready" I said

" You don't need to Sanya, you said you are tired, you take rest for sometime and then you and Shaurya can come together, I'll get ready and we all can go" Nishi exclaimed and went to the room to get ready

"Sanya, if you want to go you can go, I'll stay here with Shaurya" Aditi Said out of over protectiveness

" You can't Aditi, since you have the invitation, you have to come with us" Shruti placed her cup on the table and said

"Ya, even I think Sanya should stay back, since she is tired staying back could borrow her sometime to take rest" Dhruv said

" Okay, so discussion over, Sanya and Shaurya will come in other car and we all are leaving once Nishi gets ready" Urvi said

" And Nishi is ready" Nishi came out of the room showing her dress

"Let's go" She said as everyone left, leaving me and Shaurya alone at home.

I was going to my room when I remembered I had to take my watch from Aditi's room (apparently Shaurya's room), so I went in that room and started looking for my watch when Shaurya came out of the bathroom just in his pants, with hair wet and one hand wiping them with towel, completely showing of his abs and biceps, but before he noticed me, I took my eyes off him and turned towards the wall

" I am sorry" I said

"Sanya" he interrupted as he noticed me

" I was here to take my watch".

I took my watch and left the room without waiting for a reply , closing the door behind me.

I came home, and as expected the only person to ask questions was Aditi. I was really not in a mood to talk so I gave a rough reply and went away, but I could hear all the conversations outside, which conclude to everyone except me and Sanya were going to the fest and we will join them after some time. I was not really sure what to feel about it, I was already embarrassed about last night, I didn't want to do anything to cause more chaos, we all are already having a lot of drama in our lives. But I couldn't say anything about this, so I decided I will get ready as soon as possible so we are not alone for long, and went to take bath, but when I came back Sanya was in the room, I was shirtless and Sanya was in my room, like I was happy about Sanya seeing what she was missing (Dhruv had a great body but not better than me ;) )

, but was embarrassed about her seeing me half naked and was upset about making her feel uncomfortable, but before I could even say something, she left. I took my black kurta and buttoned it up and went to check if Sanya was ready so we could leave.

When I went to her room, I was looking down in my phone to see the passes Aditi shared, and noticed the door was open and was still about to knock when I looked up and went numb, I was awestruck, I was really having goosebumps about what I was looking at, I just stood there still and adored it. Sanya was looking so beautiful with her drying her wet hair. I don't know how someone could be so beautiful, like every time I saw her, I fell in love with her again. I was still adoring her when she noticed me.

" Shaurya?" she stood up from the dressing stool and walked towards me

"When did you came?" she continued

"Actually I just received the passes shared by Aditi and came here to tell you that I am ready so we can leave whenever you are ready" I replied taking my eyes off her but still thinking how gorgeous she was looking in the white kurta

" Ya even I am ready just give me a minute to do my hair" she said when I was still lost in my thoughts as she walked to towards the dressing table, taking her hairbrush and started brushing her hair.

After I came out from Shaurya's room, and got ready, he came to my room, wearing my favourite colour's kurta, black coloured kurta.

He was looking so dashing. I was brushing my hair looking at the mirror when I noticed him through the mirror, and my eyes stuck on him for a while. Then I came out and he was already in the car, at the driving seat. I opened the door and sat on the back passenger seat. He turned back said

"Am I your driver that you sat at the backseat?"

"I am not seating at the front seat with you" I said laughingly

"Like I didn't sit at the front seat with you?" he said raising his eyebrows

"You were drunk!!" I said with a doubtful face

"I am talking about today morning and not last night" he said with maybe embarrassed eyes, his expressions are hard to read.

"Anyways I am not driving being alone at the front seat" he said turning towards the steering.

"Okay, truce, truce, I am coming at the front seat" I said because we were already late and we went to the fest

and during all this time the songs playing in the car were like

What will happen at the fest? Would it go as planned? Would all of them get a getaway? Or is there something more that life holds for them?
