Next day in college

I asked Nishi something I should have asked yesterday itself

" Which subject do you have Nishi?"

"Of course , Medical Sciences dude, which do you have"

"Medical Sciences, with having common classes for Medical and Engineering Students in first year , I don't think anyone could figure easily"

"Ya", she said as we went for the classes.

There I sat between Sambhav and Nishi where Sambhav told me Kabir was an Engineering student.

(I don't think that matters anyway but still).

We were still settling down when one of our classmates come with the list of people performing in different events in fresher's party, and to my surprise I and Shaurya were partners again, like why?

I was annoyed, and jaw struck surprised, why was Shaurya a part of drama event, like out of everything else, drama?

The only good part about this was it was not a rom com or something , but just a friendly act. So, I thought fine it could have been anyone , and it is Shaurya, we are living under the same roof , this can't be worse than that.

"What?" I screamed when I came to know Sanya and I were a part of the same drama, AGAIN.

"What, What?" Dhruv asked

"Nothing sorry" I said nodding my head in a no.

Why I always end up in this kind of situation, I want to be far away from Sanya and we here are in the same college, live in the same house, and now working together in the same play. I decided I will not be going to the freshers' party, but then I thought why should I ruin my freshers' party because of her, and I decided I am going to the Freshers' party this Saturday.

On Saturday, around 3 p.m. we all left our house after getting ready for our specific events.

Before that, I talked to Urvi while others were getting ready, and got to know even they have their freshers' party after which they had a holiday of a week due to some festival in Berlin. When we reached the venue, Nishi and Kabir where already there waiting for us. We did our performances and all of them went quite well. After that we went to change back to our party dresses. When I came after changing all of them were already there, but my eyes stuck on one, Shaurya.

He wore a white shirt with grey jeans and navy-blue blazer, the perfect formal look, just how I like it instead of his dreamy look.

As decided, we went to the Freshers' party and I and Sanya performed together, and everyone appreciated, I know we always make a perfect team, but who will make her understand that?

So, I left trying and started focusing on myself either.

But if you can't force someone to love you, you can't force yourself to not love someone either.

After all performances when we wore are party wears, all of us were standing there, when she came, and I could not help but just focus on her, my eyes stuck on her.

She was wearing a white top with sleeves till the elbow and those threads (I don't know what they are said "duh") coming out from the sleeve with a ruffled black skirt and straightened hair with those beautiful white colour pearl shaped stud earring .
She was looking like a barbie doll, a princess from a fairy tale, just like how I like it, instead of her formal look.

She walked towards us, and after trying so hard, I finally took my eyes off her and started to look somewhere else, as if I didn't even notice her coming.

"Hi everyone" she said

"Hi Sanya, you look extremely gorgeous ", Nishi said

"Like till now I thought Shaurya was the best dressed here, but after seeing you.......... I think you get that title" Nishi continued

"You stole my line Nishi" Dhruv said

"You look really beautiful Sanya" Dhruv turned from Nishi to Sanya and said

when Sambhav interrupted
"She is looking so pretty that she made me awestruck"

"I couldn't take my eyes of her" Kabir added.

"Thank you for all your compliments, everyone, even you all are looking really good" Sanya said

"By the way Shaurya how come you are still single after being from a Co-Ed school and being so handsome" Nishi said interrupting Sanya

(Maybe because she thought I felt left out from the conversation when I was adoring Sanya)

"Thank you for your compliment, Nishi, but I don't think everyone is like you, because I proposed a girl and she said no" I said turning my eyes between Sanya and Nishi.

"But Aditi said yes to you, right? And you were in a relationship with her for almost two years and then also you broke up, so who said no to you Shaurya?" Dhruv asked in a teasing way

(Maybe he got to know I was talking about Sanya or maybe he was just teasing "duh")

"There was a girl in my neighbourhood Dhruv, you don't know everyone" I replied because I didn't want to name Sanya.

"Ok, if you say so" Dhruv agreed easily

"But at least tell us her name" Kabir said in a very teasing tone.

"Why are we discussing my love life? I am not telling any names here" I said in an annoying manner to avoid the conversation.

"OK, Sanya, what about you, why are you still single? Kabir turned to Sanya and asked.

How will Sanya react to this? How will Shaurya react to this? How will Dhruv react to this? How will Sanya react to Shaurya's answers?
