I was already worried about how would have Tanmay taken this reaction of Shaurya when Aditi and Nishi came to me and Aditi said

 "Come on Sanya, we can't just sit around Nishi needs our help hosting this party and making it a blast, and how can we miss the fun of hosting a party with Dhruv?" 

to which Nishi nodded, but I was shocked since when Aditi got so interested in spending time with Dhruv, I know she is my best friend and I trust her completely but something was quirky but I did not wanted to be cranky on such a small thing so I went with them to Dhruv.

We all got together to plan the party and Sambhav and I were jotting down what the juniors are planning to perform, when Shaurya came to us and said 

"I have a plan, why not this time, we seniors all play a role in the party, and if we will be there, we could expect more fun and at the same time more decorum, what say?" 

"Brilliant idea man, this will be something new and unique and this way we will also be able to have fun" Sambhav said excitedly because he didn't know what happened this morning but I did, and Shaurya really had a grudge for Tanmay and this all was coming from there.

 Before I could say something, Aditi, Nishi and Sanya came in. 

"Yeah Sambhav, this is an awesome idea, we are doing this" Aditi declared

 "Of course, how can Shaurya's idea be wrong?" Nishi added joking bumping her fist on Shaurya.

 I thought Aditi would react angrily and ruin our plan, but that was not the case she said yeah smilingly. And obviously I and Sanya shared glances because we knew why this all was happening. But Sanya didn't say anything she just left disappointedly.

 Before I could stop her Aditi came close to me and whispered

 "This will be a great opportunity to execute our plan".

Days passed by in a snap and it was finally the day of the Fresher's party. 

We boys left early, because of course the pretty girls were taking their time and since this time theme was ethnic wear, they took a bit longer, so we reached campus before them to even check everything was right, but when we reached Rohan and Deeksha were already there, I felt like punching them in the face when Shaurya held me back and nodded in a no since we didn't want a chaos today, so I clenched my fist and went to look at the preparations.

I don't know who the hell decided to bring up this theme of ethnic wear because due to this we had to wear sarees and now we were late and the boys already left us behind so we all hurried up and finally went to the campus. When we entered the room, everyone was looking fabulous, but Shaurya, he got me awestruck with that navy blue side cut kurta and golden dhoti but I couldn't appreciate that with Aditi being there so I looked for Dhruv and found he was not there.

The girls came after sometime when we were chilling while Dhruv still was doing some last-minute jobs and all of them were looking gorgeous until SANYA came in, she was looking devastating with black & golden saree draped around that sleeveless golden blouse,those three loop earrings hanging from her ears, the saree covering her v​​​​​​​ery well yet making her so gorgegous but before I could admire them, I heard a whistle,

"I swear if this is that Tanmay, he is going back on stretcher from his own fresher's party" I thought to myself and turned around.

We entered and my eyes stuck on Shaurya he was looking hot as hell but I didn't want to compliment him I wanted to compliment Dhruv who was nowhere to be found.

When I came back to the main event, I saw the girls were here and I saw Sanya she was dead hot so bad that I whistled mindlessly. And everyone turned to me when I noticed Aditi and she was looking quite great in that red saree, that deep cut blouse, those loop earrings, her hair gracings her shoulders, I guess really ready for the plan to be executed.

Dhruv came in and with that yellow kurta on his tall body he was looking something

and he whistled at me came and towered me and said 

"Someone is ready to put on fire". I gave him a hug and said 

"You know I can put things ablaze"

 "And even you are looking handsome" I said standing back in place

 "He is quite handsome, but you are actually looking phenomenal Sanya" Kabir said

 and I gave him a hair flip and said "Thank you Kabir, you are looking great yourself". 

"Last time I remember Shaurya was the guy who was looking most handsome but this time Dhruv is quite the competition" Nishi stated to which Urvi and I shared a glance waiting for Aditi to get jealous about Shaurya and say something but to our surprise she said 

"Actually, he has outdone Shaurya this time" and came next to Dhruv. 

I was shocked, I could sense some tension in the environment and I think I caught a glimpse of disbelief on Shaurya's face, and why not?

 Dhruv was looking fabulous but Shaurya was looking way better than that, but Dhruv didn't look confused as he gave Aditi a side hug and said 

"Even you are looking gorgeous yourself"

 I am not saying she was not looking gorgeous, but something felt suspicious with all this. We were so busy complimenting each other we forgot it was time for the juniors to come in and Tanmay came from the back and grabbed Dhruv's and mine shoulders saying 

"Hey, guys" to which we said

 "OH, hey Freshee" and he grinned, but I could see anger in Shaurya's eyes and when Tanmay looked at him, Tanmay was surprised but then he looked at me and we both laughed. 

"Excuse me everyone, may you allow me to borrow your friend Sanya for a second?" Tanmay said controlling his laughter

 "Oh come on, who are we to allow something to Sanya, you just need to ask her" Sambhav replied, and Tanmay and I went aside.

 After we were out of everyone's earshot he said "You are friends with that grumpy stupid Shaurya" he said bursting out laughing 

"Not exactly friends, but in the same group, I think that was obvious after Dhruv took his stand last time" I replied "Ohhh, Yeah, but still" he exclaimed "By the way, I forgot to ask you in which branch are you?" "Medical" he replied. "Oh, now I get it, that ideal and all" I said grinning "Now come on let's go we have a night to enjoy"

I can't understand why Dhruv and Sanya had to be friends with that Tanmay, he was not wrong in that situation, neither was I, it was Aashi, but he was no good himself and now he took Sanya alone with him, I was pretty pissed, but I put on a smile and said "What are we waiting for, let's enjoy the party" and left alone.

Why are these misunderstandings just increasing with time? How will tanmay's entry affect their friendships? How are these people gonna figure out what to do?
