I was really confused at that look of Shaurya , it wasn't anger, but an unreadable expression.

Sometimes she breaks my heart ♥ which is enough to hate her, but just the next moment she almost saves my life, so how can I not love her.

" I am sorry Sanya , I overreacted, I shouldn't have said all that, and maybe I am responsible for my own condition, and thank you so much for saving my life, along with Dr. Ashish, I don't know how I will pay you back" with a tint of love in his eyes Shaurya said, 

which could have made me just go and melt in his embrace, then I realised we had Aditi over there, so I just went to the other side of the bed, held his hand and said "You mean a lot to all of us Shaurya, and if it was even anyone else than me, they would have done the same thing".

 Before I could say anything further, Dr. Prashant came

 "Well done Sanya, I heard you finally did your first surgery without me, I am proud that you are able to assist other doctors as well, , and so sorry I couldn't make it in time, but now I need to examine Shaurya and he even needs to rest, so you all may leave and take rest as well"

We were kind of finally having a moment, when suddenly Dr. Prashant came and ruined it. Then I suddenly realised tomorrow is Sanya birthday, which I need to be a part of at any cost, I talked to Dr. Prashant and he said since I lived with Sanya who had assisted in my surgery, I can go home and be taken care of at that home itself. So, I got discharged today itself from the hospital and went back to the home.

I was so happy that Shaurya was all well now, so I decided to complete my manat tomorrow itself, since tomorrow was already a special day for me, since it was my birthday. Although I didn't want to celebrate since Shaurya was still unwell, but had to thank Krishna ji and offer prayer for keeping him safe.

We all planned a surprise day out for tomorrow and since Aditi, Urvi, Shruti and Abhinav were already here it was much easier. Dhruv was not leaving my side even for a minute, maybe he was still guilty. But before I could say anything and comfort him, Aditi came and said 

"Dhruv, don't worry I am here to take care of Shaurya, you can go ahead with planning surprises for girlfriend",

 Dhruv left with a sigh, kind of forced by Aditi to leave. But as soon as he left Aditi said 

"Guess what Shaurya, all of us our going to be together now onwards" 

"What?!" I asked astonished by the line

 "Yes, I know you are really happy and you miss me so much here, so me, Urvi, Shruti and Abhinav have applied for the sophomore year here in your university and we got selected" she said almost jumping on the bed.

 I was shocked. I was already done with this drama and Aditi living here will just raise the bars up. But I didn't react. I just said

 " Ya that's good, but right now I am a bit tired, so I am going to sleep, we even have to be outdoors whole day tomorrow ", She forced a smile and left.

It was my birthday tomorrow, but with Shaurya in the hospital and everyone is in distress, I didn't want to celebrate it, and I didn't want anyone to feel upset about it, or blame themselves for this, so I decided I will go home late today, by when everyone would be asleep and then will leave early tomorrow morning.

Although I said to Aditi I wanted to sleep, but I was in no mood of sleeping, I wanted to be the first one to wish Sanya.

 I was waiting for it to be midnight, like everyone else. 

Dhruv came to me, I told him about everyone coming here with sophomore year, he said he heard Aditi saying that to Sanya, and I was really furious with Aditi about it, how can she give such a shocking news in these stressful times, to the birthday girl ( like not exactly the birthday girl but she had her birthday the next day)

It was way past midnight, we all have been so tired all day but were waiting for Sanya to come so we can wish her, when her message arrived, 

"Sorry guys, I have some work here, will be late today" and we all decided to just go to sleep.

Sanya texted she would be late, but I know her, she didn't want to face any of us, and don't even want to celebrate her birthday because according to her I was in the hospital ( she didn't know I came back home), but I had the perfect plan to not let her go anywhere once she gets back home.

I reached home at around 1:30 at night, sneaked in the house and went to my room, with an alarm of 4:30 a.m. , so by 5 in morning I will sneak out before Aditi waking up (at 5:30).

I waited for Sanya to come back and she came by 1:30 and went to sleep around 2, I silently entered her room caressed my hand in her hair and wished her happy birthday. Then while coming out, I locked the room from outside, so she could not sneak out in the morning and then I will surprise her with my presence and the surprise outing we planned.

I woke up in the morning to find out I was locked in my room. When I knocked it a few times, the door opened and I was shocked to see the person on the other side, it was Shaurya. I was so happy, I was about to hug him when Dhruv, Aditi and everyone else came and hug me and wished me happy birthday 🎂.

I opened the door of Sanya's ,but before I could wish her happy birthday everyone one else came in between us.
